It’s hard to believe that these exiting trips to remote places, the meetings with old and new friends in fantastic atmosphere and all other memorable moments did happen within just two weeks. It feels like time has flown by at light speed, but I guess thats the case when you’re having a good time.

I already arrived in Berlin four days ago, but I’m still feeling overwhelmed by all of the warmth and hospitality. This years tour was memorable in many ways and I’m more than thankful for this fantastic fourth trip to Japan.

Despite having been to many different places on Japans main island Honshu, I had never been to Shikoku – the smallest and least populous of the four main islands. Without revealing too much already (detailed blog post with lots of photos to follow soon), I can say that Tokushima and surrounding area lived up to expectations. Exploring the beautifully green and varied scenery, embedded between mountains and valleys, was one of the highlights of the trip and I hope to be able to visit this place again sometime soon.
